They are the most universal extractors and the perfect solution for beekeepers, who want to extract low to medium viscous honeys. A characteristic feature of radial honey extractors is a large number of frames located in the honey extractor's basket. The alignment of the frames in a radial arrangement makes the spin possible in one direction. Recommended for large apiaries that have 1 or 2 types of frames.

Application of the worm gear drive has eliminated previously used drive consisting of a belt drive (pulley, belt). In this variant, the axis of honey extractor's basket is directly coupled with the gear.

Design

Stand is made of steel coated with black paint embossed using electrostatic painting. Stable and easy to dismantle.
The drum is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, strengthened and reinforced, with a drain.
The basket is entirely made of stainless steel acid-resistant rods. Rings of basket are equipped with properly shaped mounting frames to prevent falling over during centrifugation. It is also journalled in the two housings: upper and lower.
Transparent lids made of meta-plexi, allowing for observation of the spinning process, without having to open them, and risking the danger of contact with the rotating basket.

NOTE
Each of these controls, in accordance with applicable regulations and safety requirements, is equipped with a safety switch and a temporary protective cover lock protecting against opening it during the spin.

Made to order cassette or radial honey extractors may additionally be equipped with dual, heated bottom and/or heated drum.
