Uncapping machine is a device which can mechanically prepare capped honey frames for the process of honey extraction. It is characterized by high efficiency and effectiveness of work.

This machine is equipped with microprocessor controller, equipped with a memory setting, self-diagnostic procedures, and digital input temperature. The temperature sensors used do not require calibration and the guaranteed accuracy is 0.5°C. Control buttons with increased strength by OMRON. Confirmation of button press is signalled by a short beep. Backlit character LCD display, allows for displaying two lines of 16 characters per line. The controller is supplied with a DC voltage of 20[V] - 28[V].

Option A: Cover and heated bottom In this option, the table on which the uncapping machine is mounted has heated bottom of a 650 W power, temperature controller and a cover, which greatly affects the time of separation of the remaining honey from residue.
Option B: Closed circulation with pump In this option blades of the uncapping machine are heated to the appropriate temperature by heating liquid flowing in closed circuit with pump - heating power 2000 W.
