Through the introduction of stainless steel sheet baffles we can increase the number of cassettes in honey extractor. In such case, cassettes overlap one to the other, but thanks to steel sheet baffles, honey dropping from honeycombs during the spin cycle does not get into the next comb, but flows on the baffles.

Application of the worm gear drive has eliminated previously used drive consisting of a belt drive (pulley, belt). In this variant, the axis of honey extractor's basket is directly coupled with the gear.

Design

Stand is made of steel coated with black paint embossed using electrostatic painting. Stable and easy to dismantle.

The drum is made of acid-resistant stainless steel, strengthened and reinforced, with a drain.

The basket is made of acid-resistant stainless steel rods, equipped with cassettes, which construction allows for protecting the frames against breaking of honeycombs (mesh size:20x40 mm). Cassettes are connected together by springs, which allow returning to the starting position. The basket is also positioned in the two housings: upper and lower.

Transparent lids, made of meta-plexi, allowing for observation of the spinning process, without having to open them, and risking the danger of contact with the rotating basket.

» Each of these controls, in accordance with applicable regulations and safety requirements, is equipped with a safety switch and a temporary protective cover lock protecting against opening it during the spin.

Made to order cassette or radial honey extractors may additionally be equipped with dual, heated bottom and/or heated drum.
